This week the temperature in New York City will almost hit 70 degrees and the sun is still out when I leave the office in the evening, so I decided to set a few quarterly goals.
In previous years I’d set out each year with some big goals and usually they worked. This year I did not do that and I have been feeling rather stagnate so here goes my spring time goals.
Run more, and really train for the AirBnB Brooklyn Half Marathon.
Take Vespa lessons and potentially buy Vespas with my wife. We drove Vespas in the Italian countryside and loved the experience, we’d love to have our own set to zip around the city.
Learn how to use our new camera. We bought a really nice camera for our trip to Italy. We used the cameras fantastic automatic settings, which are great but I really want to learn to use the camera properly.
Go to the Driving Range, another hobby I really want to develop.
Plan two weekend getaways for the summer. (Dippikill, Chicago, Indiana, Atlanta, Nashville, who knows?!?!)
Host another Shabbat dinner.
Sign up for Surf Lessons in New York City for this summer. The city is amazing, take about an hour train ride out to the Rockaways and you will be on a beach learning to surf. If we get the Vespa’s, mentioned above, you better believe we will be skipping the train ride for a more scenic route.
